Ceramic disc magnets, also known as ferrite magnets, are frequently used in physical therapy, school science projects, and crafts and hobbies. These magnets are a fantastic option for use at home because of their low price. There are many different sizes of ceramic discs. We advised using epoxy glue and making sure the surface was dry and clean when assembling goods or handicrafts. Souvenirs, refrigerator magnets, whiteboard magnets, and educational magnets are a few additional uses. These magnets have a medium strength. Ferrite is a very adaptable magnetic material because of its excellent corrosion resistance and high maximum operating temperature. Ferrite disc magnets are frequently used in craft projects and as refrigerator magnets. The ferrite disc magnets come standard uncoated. The ferrite disc magnets can be plate, and upon request, custom magnet shapes and even diametrically magnetized ferrite disc magnets can be created. On demand, we can also produce different ferrite grades; we make custom magnets. When you are unsure of the performance and/or magnet size you need, a good test method is to start with thinner magnets and increase their height. Ferrite disc magnets may need to be glued in place. They dislike being press fitted because doing so runs the risk of the magnets being broken, chipped, or shattered. The ceramic ferrite disc magnets have a stronger pull when drawing in another magnet than when drawing in a ferromagnetic object (like a piece of mild steel).
